Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort
The Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort is situated 8 km south of the Trivandrum International Airport. The resort, nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Parvati Puthanar, offers therapeutic and rejuvenating ayurvedic programs. There are 8 rooms of which 5 are well-furnished and have ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have individual verandas offering both sea and lake views. Hot water and room service are available 24 hrs. The restaurant offers a multi-cuisine menu of high standard. Cultural evenings with traditional Indian dance and music programs are occasionally conducted. The other facilities are an ayurveda clinic, backwater cruise, laundry, safe deposit locker and pick up / drop from or to airport / railway station. Yoga classes are held daily under the guidance of a Guru.
